San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Jose follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The lady answering the phones on Aug 7 was incredibly condescending, uninformed, and obviously bored. Multiple holds for simple questions on pricing. Furthermore, she is blatant with showing her annoyance and disgust with her own job. She lost this business $800 minimum because I refuse to dish out that kind of money for shameful customer service. She should receive a 2 week notice because clearly she is not happy working here.

My car was victim of a rogue rock on the highway which chipped my windshield and created a crack as long as my forearm. This shop was recommended by friends and I was able to get my car fixed the same day. Setting up and appointment and coordinating with the shop/insurance as super easy. Support local businesses!

Be careful, they are insurance scammers. They lie and tell that can’t see any emails from insurance company and ask you to sign a document that you think is submitting your car for repairs, but in reality it turns out it says you agree to pay the full price ($2,638 in our case) without using your insurance

Please, don’t do any business with this shop! I brought my Rivian for windshield repair after contacting my insurance company. The shop said they didn’t receive any communication from the insurance company but took my car in and said the windshield would cost a little over $1,900. I contacted the insurance company again, they confirmed that they’ve submitted all the paperwork to the glass shop and I’ll only have to pay my $500 deductible at the pickup, and they sent out all the paperwork to the glass shop one more time. Next day at the pickup the glass store told me they haven’t received anything and I have to pay the full price (the receipt showed $2,628) and then it’s my problem to get reimbursed. I tried asking them to check the spam folder to try and find the insurance company emails, but they wouldn’t even listen to me, wouldn’t call the insurance company, just wanted me to pay the full price and leave. Whatever I tried explaining, they simply wouldn’t listen, kept interrupting me, wouldn’t even try and find the paperwork from my insurance company. So I called the insurance company, which contacted the shop - and were told that at the drop off they’ve had my husband sign a pap

Art and his team did great work on my vehicles. They work hard to deliver quality results with a fast turnaround. I brought in my 2008 Tesla Roadster for a complete tint treatment. They carry Llumar films which I have on my other vehicles. These films last a very long time. I wanted maximum heat rejection with minimal light blocking. On the rear I went with limo tint to cut down on glare. The car looks great and it is much easier to drive at night. On my 2020 Model S we replaced the tint on my new rear glass, and added Llumar Air for UV rejection on the front. Nice quality work and I am happy with the result. Art noticed that some of my blackout trim vinyl was peeling after 5+ years and offered to clean it up for me. The results are great and the car is back to looking sharp.
